Who says small spaces can’t accommodate the masses. When the client approached us with this 1,200 sq.ft space, with generous barrier free accessibility requirements, we rose to the task to design a custom space that suited their needs. What no one was prepared for, was the quantity of staff and offices requested for such a modest space. We took the challenge on, stuck to their budget, and created a dynamic space that accommodated all their needs. Spatial planning and understanding of user function, was key.
