Ben Gaum – OAA

Director / Principal

Ben has over 16 years of architectural experience and has been a fully licensed architect with the Ontario Association of Architects since 2012.

Along with a previous degree in Architectural Technology, he has a hands-on approach in the execution of documents on both a design and technical level. He is responsible in overseeing the day-to-day project coordination and implementation throughout the project life-cycle. With a strong background in mid to high rise mix-use residential as well as commercial and institutional builds, Ben’s wide range of experience allows him to have a holistic approach in his role as director and project architect.

Having worked closely with some of the biggest developers in Toronto and the rest of Canada, his fully  collaborative approach to all projects and focus on quality and execution in his work  speaks volumes to his continued positive relationships with clients and consultant teams.  In his spare time, Ben is also a professional photographer and musician.

Ashish Ogidan

Ashish Ogidan

Director BIM / Production

As a registered intern in the OAA licensing program, Ashish takes on the role of director of BIM / Production.  With an extensive breadth of knowledge and experience of working and contract documents, he ensures the quality and accuracy of every project that leaves the office.  An expert in BIM and Revit, he works in every aspect of a project from schematic design, design development through to working drawings and contract administration.
Ashish has a passion for residential architecture from single family to low – mid rise and high-rise developments, always interested in the newest and most innovative ways of approaching a project.

Abel Omeiza

OAA Intern  / Construction Administration

As a registered intern in the OAA licensing program, Abel brings his passion for working drawings and detailing to our already strong production team.  A graduate of the Waterloo school of architecture master’s program, Abel has worked with some of Canadas leading architecture firms on projects of various scales and typologies.  He also has a passion for the construction side of the architectural process and will be working on construction administration as well as working part time at Broccolini developments.

Nancy Meneses

Nancy Meneses

OAA Intern / Design

Nancy has over 15 years’ experience in the Canadian and American market having worked on many award-winning projects. She has exceptional knowledge of mixed-use residential design with hands-on involvement in various project sizes and complexities from the onset of the project till completion. Nancy has a strong understanding of concept design and its translation into built form. She can navigate through complicated sites and challenging zoning and municipal restrictions. She has a passion for graphics, which lends itself in her quality of execution of drawings and documents.

In her active role as the BIM/Production Manager, Nancy is in charge of creating and managing the quality of the firm’s design documents. Her organization of design processes and standards sets a high benchmark for the overall quality control of all the offices contract documents and deliverable’s. She is a strong designer with a meticulous eye for detail. Nancy’s an artist when it comes to documentation.
