Humphreys and Partners Architects Project (HPA)
Princess is one of the Canada’s largest off-campus luxury student residences. Designed with unique courtyard features, one active with a pool while the other housing bbq’s, fire pits and gathering spaces. The emphasis has been placed on creating a social environment which provides amenity and quality of living to the students.
Stats: 480 Bedrooms – 1,2,3,4 and 5 Bedrooms – 235,000 Sqft.
