Built almost entirely out of precast concrete, this progressive approach to design and construction includes a unique double courtyard concept. This allows every suite over the large building footprint to experience fantastic accessibility to light throughout the building. A great deal of focus and attention was paid to the amenity spaces, particularly the public “cave” element that connects the two courtyards at the ground level.
