Humphreys and Partners Architects Project (HPA)
This clever patented design by Mark Humphreys,conceals the density of the Big House and blends with the surrounding typology, making it more easily acceptable by the community. A single Big House can contain 6 to 10 units, each with a garage and separate entrance. The units are stacked on top of each other and are each single storey. The envelope can reflect an array of designs from traditional to modern, depending on the community context.
